Located in the countryside, at the intersection of the towns of Baie-Mahault, Lamentin, and Petit Bourg, this centrally located accommodation is ideal for a small group of friends or colleagues. The house was completely renovated in 2024 and will be available for rent in early 2025. With a living area of 130 m², the house offers three air-conditioned bedrooms with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet, while the other two have a shared bathroom and a separate toilet. The large, fully equipped kitchen is a pleasant space for preparing delicious meals in a friendly atmosphere.

The interior living space features a dining room that can comfortably accommodate 8 people around a large table, a dining or work area, a TV lounge, and a relaxation area with their own sofa. Finally, a spare room provides a private space for office work or ironing.

Outside, the spacious covered terrace seats 8 people, and another small outdoor terrace on the garden side offers a secluded spot for sunbathing or relaxing.

The central location is ideal if you want to explore as much of the island as possible during your stay, within reasonable driving distance. You're 8 minutes from the Crayfish Waterfall in the national park, 30 minutes from Deshaies, Gosier, and Bouillante, 10 minutes from the large Destreland shopping center, and close to several small local shops. More remote sites like Pointe des Chateaux in Saint François or La Soufrière in Saint Claude are just under an hour away.

For business trips, access to the business parks of Baie-Mahault, Pointe à Pitre, Petit Bourg, or Lamentin is easy and less than 15 minutes away by car.

The owners' two (grown-up) children live on the property in a fully independent, fenced-in, and private home. They only share the parking lot. They are discreet and will be available if needed.
